Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, sauté the onion, mushrooms, and butternut squash until tender.
  3. Add the chopped kale and cook until wilted.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
