Instructions

  1. Prepare the zucchini by grating it and placing it in a large bowl.

  4. Drain the mixture and rinse with cold water.

  8. Pour the hot relish into sterilized jars and seal them.
  9. Process the jars in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
