- 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 8 slider buns
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each chicken slice in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken and place it on slider buns.
- Top each slider with marinara sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Return the sliders to the air fryer and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in Italian dressing before coating.
- Feel free to add additional toppings like fresh basil or sliced jalapeños.
- These sliders can be made ahead of time and reheated in the air fryer.
