Description

Ingredients

  • 1 box of instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 container (8 oz) Cool Whip
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 box vanilla wafers
  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced

Instructions

  1. Pour the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk into a large bowl and whisk until smooth.
  2. Fold in the Cool Whip gently to preserve its airy texture.
  3. Add the mini marshmallows and sliced bananas, stirring to combine.
  4. Crush some vanilla wafers and fold them into the mixture, reserving some for topping.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and top with reserved vanilla wafers.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, toss banana slices in lemon juice to prevent browning. Can be prepared a day ahead for enhanced flavor.
