A refreshing and texture-filled salad combining crispy bacon, creamy avocado, and vibrant veggies, all tossed in a zesty ranch dressing.
Ingredients

- 1 head Romaine Lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
- 6 slices Bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 Avocado, diced
- 1/2 Red Onion, thinly sliced
- 1 Cucumber, chopped
- 1/2 cup Buttermilk
- 1 packet Ranch Dressing Mix
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large bowl.
- Slice the cherry tomatoes in half, dice the avocado, thinly slice the red onion, and chop the cucumber into quarters.
- Cook the bacon until crispy—it should crackle and pop. Once done, chop it into smaller pieces.
- Add all the chopped veggies and crispy bacon to the bowl of romaine.
- Whisk together the buttermilk and the ranch dressing mix until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the salad, season with salt and pepper, and gently toss to combine.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For best results, mix the dressing just before serving to keep the greens crispy. You can store leftover salad in an airtight container for up to two days, but the vegetables may lose some crunch.
