  • Author: Jessica
  • Total Time: 5 minutes

Description

Ingredients

These ingredients come together to form a powerhouse of flavor:

  • ???? 1 oz citrus vodka – Adds bright, lemon-lime depth

  • ???? 1 oz blue curaçao – Brings color and sweet orange flavor

  • ???? 2 oz pineapple juice – Smooth, tropical foundation

  • ???? 2 oz lemon-lime soda (Sprite or 7UP) – Adds fizz and balances sweetness

  • ???? Ice cubes, for serving

  • ???? Gummy shark, for garnish (adds fun and a hint of sweetness)

  • ???? (Optional) Fresh lemon wedge or twist, for garnish

  • ???? (Optional) Fresh mint sprig, for a tropical look

Instructions

Step 1: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
Add a handful of ice to your cocktail shaker to chill all the ingredients properly.

Step 2: Add spirits and juice
Pour in:

  • 1 oz citrus vodka

  • 1 oz blue curaçao

  • 2 oz pineapple juice

Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until cold.

Step 3: Strain into a glass
Strain the mixture into a highball or hurricane glass filled with fresh ice.

Step 4: Top with lemon-lime soda
Pour 2 oz of lemon-lime soda over the top. Stir gently to combine.

Step 5: Garnish and serve
Drop a gummy shark into the glass. Add a lemon wedge or mint if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy your underwater adventure!

Notes

These drinks are quick to make, but a few small tweaks can elevate them:

  • Use fresh pineapple juice for the best flavor—store-bought is okay, but fresh is fabulous.

  • Chill your soda beforehand to avoid melting ice too quickly.

  • Always add soda last and stir gently to maintain fizz.
