Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In your high-speed blender, add in the blueberries, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and lemon juice.
  2. Pulse the mixture until it becomes smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or maple syrup.
  4. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container, cover it tightly, and place it in the freezer for at least 240 minutes or until it reaches your desired firmness.
  5. When ready to serve, remove it from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften.
  6. Scoop and serve in bowls or cones.
