Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In your high-speed blender, add in the blueberries, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and lemon juice.
- Pulse the mixture until it becomes smooth and creamy.
- Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or maple syrup.
- Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container, cover it tightly, and place it in the freezer for at least 240 minutes or until it reaches your desired firmness.
- When ready to serve, remove it from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften.
- Scoop and serve in bowls or cones.
