- 2 cups apple pie filling
- 1 box graham crackers
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding and milk until smooth and free of lumps.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
- Layer half of the graham crackers at the bottom of a 9’x13′ dish.
- Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
- Add half of the apple pie filling, then drizzle with caramel sauce.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining graham crackers, pudding mixture, apple pie filling, and caramel sauce.
- Finish with a final layer of pudding on top and smooth it out.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours or preferably overnight.
- Before serving, drizzle with additional caramel sauce.
Notes
This cake can be made up to two days in advance. For added texture, consider crisping the graham crackers slightly before layering.
