Description

A no-bake dessert that combines the comforting flavors of autumn with creamy eclairs, featuring layers of graham crackers, pudding, apple pie filling, and caramel sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups apple pie filling
  • 1 box graham crackers
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding and milk until smooth and free of lumps.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
  3. Layer half of the graham crackers at the bottom of a 9’x13′ dish.
  4. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
  5. Add half of the apple pie filling, then drizzle with caramel sauce.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining graham crackers, pudding mixture, apple pie filling, and caramel sauce.
  7. Finish with a final layer of pudding on top and smooth it out.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours or preferably overnight.
  9. Before serving, drizzle with additional caramel sauce.

Notes

This cake can be made up to two days in advance. For added texture, consider crisping the graham crackers slightly before layering.
