Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the filling: In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Create pockets in the chicken by slicing each breast open.
- Stuff the chicken with the cheese mixture.
- Sear the stuffed chicken in a hot skillet with olive oil for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
