Description

Ingredients

  • 1 Bell Pepper, sliced
  • 1 Carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup Broccoli, cut into florets
  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 inch Ginger, minced
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Green Onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Begin by cooking your noodles according to the package instructions. Once ready, drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat until it shimmers.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger; sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  4. Toss in the sliced chicken breast and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Incorporate the bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli into the mix, stir-frying for about 5 minutes.
  6. Pour in soy sauce and ensure all ingredients are coated.
  7. Add the cooked noodles, tossing everything together for another 2-3 minutes.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet to maintain texture.
