- 1 Bell Pepper, sliced
- 1 Carrot, julienned
- 1 cup Broccoli, cut into florets
- 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 inch Ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 2 Green Onions, chopped
Instructions
- Begin by cooking your noodles according to the package instructions. Once ready, drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat until it shimmers.
- Add minced garlic and ginger; sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Toss in the sliced chicken breast and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- Incorporate the bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli into the mix, stir-frying for about 5 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce and ensure all ingredients are coated.
- Add the cooked noodles, tossing everything together for another 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet to maintain texture.
