Ingredients
Scale
- 12 Wonton wrappers
- 1 lb Ground chicken
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Ground ginger
- 2 cups Coleslaw mix
- 2 Green onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil
- Sauce (e.g., sweet chili or hoisin sauce)

Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken with soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and ground ginger. Mix gently until well blended.
- Cook the Chicken: Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the seasoned chicken mixture. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and golden brown, roughly 7-10 minutes.
- Make the Slaw: In another bowl, combine the coleslaw mix with sesame oil and chopped green onions. Toss until well coated.
- Fry the Wontons: Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Carefully add the wonton wrappers, frying for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
- Assemble the Tacos: Fill each wonton shell with the cooked chicken mixture and layer on the slaw.
- Add Sauce and Serve: Drizzle your sauce of choice over the tacos and serve immediately while still warm.
