- 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup jalapeños, diced (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the corn, crumbled bacon, shredded cheese, green onions, and diced jalapeños. Toss gently to mix everything well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the sour cream and ranch dressing until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the corn mixture. Stir gently but thoroughly until every bit of corn is enveloped in that rich dressing.
