Description

Crack Chicken Sliders are a creamy, cheesy delight made with chicken, ranch seasoning, and crispy bacon, served on soft slider buns.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, chopped
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, ranch seasoning, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and chopped bacon in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Cut the slider buns in half horizontally and lay the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
  4. Scoop the chicken mixture onto the bottom halves of the buns, spreading it evenly.
  5. Place the top halves of the slider buns over the chicken filling.
  6. Transfer the baking dish to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired.

Notes

Make the filling a day in advance and refrigerate it. Assemble the sliders before baking for easy entertaining.
