- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 4 tbsp Butter (melted)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine hashbrowns, creamy soup, shredded cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper, and onion powder in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Drizzle melted butter over the top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving.
