Ingredients

  • 1 cup Hung Curd
  • 1 cup Fresh Vegetables (bell peppers, cucumbers, grated carrots, avocado)
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Herbs (coriander or mint)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chat Masala
  • 4 slices Bread (whole grain, sourdough, or white)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Hung Curd: Place hung curd in a mixing bowl, add salt, pepper, and spices. Blend until creamy.
  2. Chop the Vegetables: Chop fresh veggies finely for easier spreading.
  3. Combine: Fold the chopped vegetables and herbs into the hung curd.
  4. Prepare the Bread: Toast if desired.
  5. Spread & Assemble: Spread filling on one slice of bread, top with another slice, and press down.
  6. Toast (Optional): Heat sandwich until golden brown if desired.
  7. Serve: Slice in half and enjoy warm or cold.

Notes
