Ingredients

- 1 cup Hung Curd
- 1 cup Fresh Vegetables (bell peppers, cucumbers, grated carrots, avocado)
- 1/4 cup Fresh Herbs (coriander or mint)
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Chat Masala
- 4 slices Bread (whole grain, sourdough, or white)
Instructions
- Prepare the Hung Curd: Place hung curd in a mixing bowl, add salt, pepper, and spices. Blend until creamy.
- Chop the Vegetables: Chop fresh veggies finely for easier spreading.
- Combine: Fold the chopped vegetables and herbs into the hung curd.
- Prepare the Bread: Toast if desired.
- Spread & Assemble: Spread filling on one slice of bread, top with another slice, and press down.
- Toast (Optional): Heat sandwich until golden brown if desired.
- Serve: Slice in half and enjoy warm or cold.
Notes
The filling can be prepared a day ahead. Avoid watery vegetables to prevent sogginess.
