Instructions
- Prepare the Beef: Place the beef roast in the crock pot, layer the sliced onions on top, add beef broth, and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Slow Cook to Perfection: Cover the crock pot and set it to low for 8 hours.
- Shred the Beef: After cooking, remove the beef, shred it with forks, and return it to the broth.
- Toast the Buns (optional): Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and toast the buns until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- Assemble the Sliders: Pile the shredded beef onto each slider bun and top with cheddar cheese.
- Melt the Cheese (optional): Broil the assembled sliders until the cheese bubbles and turns golden.
