Instructions
Step 1: Chill your glass
Use a chilled martini glass, rocks glass, or even a mason jar for casual fun. You can also rim the glass with purple sanding sugar for extra flair.
Step 2: Shake the base
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine:
-
1 oz vodka
-
1 oz blue curaçao
-
2 oz grape juice
-
½ oz lemon juice
-
½ oz simple syrup (if desired)
Shake for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
Step 3: Pour and fizz
Strain into your prepared glass over fresh ice. Top with 1–2 oz lemon-lime soda or club soda, depending on your fizz preference.
Step 4: Garnish and serve
Add a maraschino cherry, a skewer of grapes, or a fun candy topper like purple rock candy. Sprinkle edible glitter if you want it to sparkle like a night out.
Notes
-
The purple color depends on the balance between blue curaçao and grape juice. You may need to adjust slightly depending on juice type.
-
If your grape juice is very dark, add a splash of cranberry juice to brighten the hue.
-
Always chill the ingredients for the boldest flavor and longest-lasting fizz.
