Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your loaf pan.
  2. Mash the bananas in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. Combine Greek yogurt, sugar, honey, eggs, and vanilla extract with the mashed bananas; mix until creamy.
  4. Whisk together baking soda, salt, and flour in another bowl.
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients, folding gently until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading evenly.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool the bread in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
