Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your loaf pan.
- Mash the bananas in a large bowl until smooth.
- Combine Greek yogurt, sugar, honey, eggs, and vanilla extract with the mashed bananas; mix until creamy.
- Whisk together baking soda, salt, and flour in another bowl.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, folding gently until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading evenly.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool the bread in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
