Description

A delicious and hearty salad featuring grilled steak, fresh corn, and creamy gorgonzola cheese, all tossed in a balsamic dressing.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak
  • 2 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup corn kernels (fresh or grilled)
  • 1/2 cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the flank steak with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the steak for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
