Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the filling: In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Whip until smooth.
- Unroll the crescent dough on a baking sheet.
- Add a generous spoonful of the cream cheese mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll from the wide end toward the point, tucking in the filling.
- Arrange the rolls on the baking sheet and brush with melted butter.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving.

You can prepare the cream cheese filling a day in advance. For an air fryer, adjust cooking time and keep the temperature at 320°F (160°C).
