Description

A refreshing and decadent dessert layered with lemon curd, strawberries, and whipped cream, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups of fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup of lemon curd
  • 2 cups of whipped cream
  • 1 pound of pound cake, cubed
  • 1 cup of vanilla pudding (optional)
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Layer half of the pound cake cubes on the bottom of a large glass trifle dish or individual cups.
  2. Spread half of the lemon curd over the pound cake.
  3. Add a layer of sliced strawberries, arranging them artfully.
  4. Spread half of the whipped cream over the strawberries.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  6. Top with additional strawberries and mint leaves for garnish.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
