- 2 cups of fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup of lemon curd
- 2 cups of whipped cream
- 1 pound of pound cake, cubed
- 1 cup of vanilla pudding (optional)
- Mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Layer half of the pound cake cubes on the bottom of a large glass trifle dish or individual cups.
- Spread half of the lemon curd over the pound cake.
- Add a layer of sliced strawberries, arranging them artfully.
- Spread half of the whipped cream over the strawberries.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Top with additional strawberries and mint leaves for garnish.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
