- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, water, cornstarch, and black pepper in a mixing bowl. Whisk until well blended.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef strips and sauté until browned on all sides, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger to the skillet and cook for an additional minute.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the beef and stir well to coat evenly.
- Cook until the sauce thickens, about 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the chopped green onions, then serve hot over rice.
