Ingredients
- Biscoff Cookies: 250g, crushed into fine crumbs
- Unsalted Butter: 125g, melted
- Sweetened Condensed Milk: 1 can (395g)
- Biscoff Spread: 200g
- Powdered Sugar: 100g, sifted
- Vanilla Extract: 1 tsp
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed Biscoff cookies and melted butter until well mixed.
- Press the cookie mixture firmly into the bottom of a lined 8×8 inch baking dish to form the base.
- In another bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk, Biscoff spread, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the filling over the cookie base and spread evenly with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set, preferably overnight for best results.
- Once set, cut into squares and serve chilled.
