Delightful no-bake treats combining toasted coconut, buttery graham crackers, and silky chocolate.
Ingredients

- 1 cup of crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup of shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup of caramel sauce
- 1 cup of chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup of butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl until well incorporated.
- Shape the mixture into small bite-sized balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and lay out the bites with space in between.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler until smooth.
- Coat each cookie bite in the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
- Finish with a drizzle of caramel sauce, if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until set.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week, or freeze for up to three months.
