Ingredients

  • Feta cheese, cut into strips
  • Phyllo dough, thawed
  • Olive oil, for brushing
  • Chili honey, for drizzling
  • Fresh herbs (e.g., parsley or dill), for garnish
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Roasted vegetables (optional), for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the feta cheese into strips about 1 inch wide.
  3. Lay out a sheet of phyllo dough and brush it generously with olive oil.
  4. Place a strip of feta at one end of the phyllo and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Roll the phyllo around the feta, tucking in the sides to seal it.
  6. Place the rolls seam-side down on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
  8. Mix honey with chili flakes for the spicy drizzle.
