Ingredients
- Feta cheese, cut into strips
- Phyllo dough, thawed
- Olive oil, for brushing
- Chili honey, for drizzling

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the feta cheese into strips about 1 inch wide.
- Lay out a sheet of phyllo dough and brush it generously with olive oil.
- Place a strip of feta at one end of the phyllo and season with salt and pepper.
- Roll the phyllo around the feta, tucking in the sides to seal it.
- Place the rolls seam-side down on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Mix honey with chili flakes for the spicy drizzle.
