- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until blended. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until fully combined.
- Pour cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Whisk together corn syrup, brown sugar, salt, and pecans in another bowl.
- Pour pecan mixture over the cheesecake layer.
- Bake for about 55-60 minutes, until center is slightly jiggly.
- Cool to room temperature, then chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
