Description

A comforting Ravioli Lasagna layered with ravioli, savory ground beef, and creamy cheese, perfect for family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of ravioli (cheese or meat-filled)
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the ground beef, seasoning with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning; cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the marinara sauce and let it simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  5. Layer half of the ravioli in a baking dish, followed by half of the meat sauce and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining ravioli, meat sauce, and top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is golden brown.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For make-ahead options, assemble the lasagna the day before, and store in the fridge until ready to bake.
