A comforting and hearty ravioli lasagna layered with rich meat sauce and gooey cheese.
Ingredients

- 1 package of ravioli (cheese or meat-filled)
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the marinara sauce and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for a few minutes.
- Layer half of the ravioli in a baking dish. Spread half of the meat sauce over the ravioli and sprinkle with half of the mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ravioli, meat sauce, and mozzarella cheese. Top with grated Parmesan.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
You can assemble the lasagna up to 24 hours in advance. For freezing, wrap tightly and store for up to two months.
