Ingredients

Instructions

  2. Combine peanut butter, sugar, egg, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  3. Fold in the chopped chocolate eggs gently.
  4. Scoop tablespoon-sized balls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Flatten each dough ball slightly using a fork.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until set and lightly golden.
  7. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
