- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate eggs (chopped)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine peanut butter, sugar, egg, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
- Fold in the chopped chocolate eggs gently.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized balls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Flatten each dough ball slightly using a fork.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until set and lightly golden.
- Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
Refrigerate the dough for up to 24 hours for best flavor. Optionally, try using mini chocolate chips or adding nuts.
