- 3 cups shredded coconut
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup caramel sauce

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C), and then prepare your 9×13 baking pan by lightly greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
- Melt the unsalted butter in a large mixing bowl and combine it with the brown sugar, stirring until frothy.
- Mix in the all-purpose flour until a thick dough forms, resembling soft playdough.
- Spread the dough evenly into the prepared pan, pressing down to create a solid crust.
- Bake the crust for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle the shredded coconut and chocolate chips over the crust.
- Drizzle the warm caramel sauce evenly over the toppings.
- Pop the pan back in the oven for another 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
