Description

Decadent Samoa brownies infused with rich chocolate, gooey caramel, and crunchy toasted coconut for the ultimate dessert experience.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup shredded toasted coconut
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your 9×13 inch baking pan generously.
  2. Melt the unsalted butter in a large bowl. Stir in both granulated and brown sugars until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Combine the dry mixture with the wet ingredients until just mixed; do not overmix.
  6. Pour half of the brownie batter into your greased pan, smoothing it evenly.
  7. Drizzle the caramel sauce over the brownie batter and sprinkle the toasted coconut on top.
  8. Drop spoonfuls of the remaining brownie batter on top to create a marbled effect.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes; check for doneness with a toothpick.
  10. Cool slightly before sprinkling chocolate chips over the top and drizzle with additional melted chocolate if desired.
  11. Cut into squares and enjoy!
