- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 4–5 heirloom tomatoes, sliced
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pie crust and place it in a tart pan.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the crust.
- Layer the sliced heirloom tomatoes on top of the cheese mixture.
- Drizzle olive oil over the tomatoes and season with additional salt and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before garnishing with fresh basil.
- Slice and serve warm or at room temperature.

- Feel free to use any variety of heirloom tomatoes for different flavors.
- This tart can be made ahead of time and served later.
