Ingredients

  • 45 heirloom tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a tart pan.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the crust.
  5. Layer the sliced heirloom tomatoes on top of the cheese mixture.
