- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)
- 8 corn or flour tortillas
- 4 slices cheddar or American cheese
- 1/2 cup pickled onions
- 1 cup fresh lettuce, shredded
- 1/4 cup spicy aioli
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat your skillet over medium-high heat.
- Form about 2 ounces of ground beef into a ball and place it in the skillet.
- Smash it down firmly with a spatula and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the patty for 2-3 minutes until crispy.
- Melt the cheese on each patty in the final minute of cooking.
- Warm tortillas in another pan or microwave until pliable.
- Assemble tacos by placing a patty on each tortilla, topping with pickled onions and lettuce, and drizzling with aioli.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
