Description

A warm, cheesy, and comforting pasta bake filled with creamy ricotta, fresh spinach, and rich marinara sauce—a perfect family favorite.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (penne or rigatoni)
  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
  3. Combine ricotta, spinach, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  4. Fold the cooked pasta and half of the marinara sauce into the ricotta mixture.
  5. Grease a baking dish and spread half of the remaining marinara sauce on the bottom.
  6. Layer the pasta mixture on top, spreading it evenly.
  7. Pour the rest of the marinara sauce over the pasta.
  8. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden-brown and bubbly.
  10. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

This pasta bake can be prepared in advance; just assemble it, refrigerate, and bake when ready.
