Description

A comforting stuffed meatloaf with a sweet and tangy glaze that brings home-cooked warmth to your dinner table.


Ingredients

  • 1 package Stove Top Stuffing mix
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the ground beef, Stove Top Stuffing mix, chopped onion, egg, and water in a large bowl.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased baking dish.
  4. Mix together the ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce until combined.
  5. Spread the glaze evenly over the meatloaf.
  6. Bake for about 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  7. Allow it to rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Notes
