Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped chicken, steamed broccoli florets, sunflower seeds, diced bell peppers, and red onion. Mix gently until all ingredients are combined.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the sunflower seed butter, honey or maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
