- 1/2 cup sunflower seed butter

- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped chicken, steamed broccoli florets, sunflower seeds, diced bell peppers, and red onion. Mix gently until all ingredients are combined.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the sunflower seed butter, honey or maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and gently fold it together until each piece is coated.
