- 4 large tortillas

- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
Instructions
- Mix the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and taco seasoning until smooth.
- Spread an even layer of the cheese mixture on each tortilla.
- Add the diced bell peppers, green onions, and sliced black olives on top.
- Roll each tortilla tightly from one end to the other.
- Wrap the rolled tortillas in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Slice into pinwheels about an inch thick and serve on a platter.
