- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup sliced carrots
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add sliced chicken breast and cook until browned.
- Pour teriyaki sauce over the chicken and stir to coat.
- Add broccoli and carrots, cooking until vegetables are tender.
- Serve the chicken and vegetables over cooked rice.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
